A large shallow bowl covered in concentric rings of sage-green crescent brushstrokes, arranged in a spiralling swirl that suggests the opening petals of a large flower. The green has tonal variation across each stroke — some darker, some paler — and the piece sits against a cream ground framed by a warm terracotta rim.
At 39 cm this is a proper statement bowl — substantial enough to anchor a dining table or sideboard, either in use for salads and shared dishes or simply as a sculptural object. The sage and cream palette reads beautifully against natural wood and warm stone.
