Every Bekya piece is dispatched from our UK warehouse in West Sussex (BN15) — fast UK delivery, secure international packaging, and worldwide shipping.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the piece you've chosen. Below is a summary of our standard rates in GBP.

Dispatch & delivery time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. UK delivery is typically next-day once dispatched. International deliveries are sent via DPD Direct and usually arrive within 5–10 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Customs & duties
For orders outside the UK and EU, recipients may be liable for local import duties or taxes on arrival. These are not included in the shipping cost. Please check your country's customs policies before ordering.
Returns
We want you to love every Bekya piece. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding original shipping cost).
How to return
- Email us at info@bekyabekya.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1 working day with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the parcel back to our UK address — return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 3 working days to the original payment method.
Damaged or faulty items
Every piece is hand-finished and individually inspected before dispatch, then packed in protective materials for safe transit. In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please email info@bekyabekya.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return shipping.
Handmade variation
Every Bekya piece is made by hand in Egypt. Small variations in glaze, brushwork, colour and form are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
