Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch all orders from our UK warehouse. Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days via Royal Mail or trusted courier. Orders placed before 2pm on working days are typically dispatched the same day.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £75. For orders under £75, a flat shipping fee of £4.95 applies.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently focused on UK delivery. If you are interested in an international order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How is my order packaged?
Every Bekya piece is carefully wrapped in protective materials and placed in a sturdy box to ensure it arrives safely. Our artisan homeware deserves the utmost care in transit.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Please see our full Shipping & Returns Policy for details.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please email us at info@bekyabekya.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Product Care
How do I care for my Fayoum pottery?
Our hand-painted ceramics should be washed gently by hand with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid the dishwasher and microwave, as these may damage the hand-painted finish over time. Dry with a soft cloth.
How do I care for my alabaster lamp?
Alabaster is a natural stone that requires gentle care. Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove dust. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and excessive moisture. Never submerge in water.
How do I care for my hand-blown glass?
Our hand-blown glass pieces should be washed by hand with warm water and mild soap. Avoid sudden temperature changes, the dishwasher, and abrasive materials. Dry with a lint-free cloth for a beautiful finish.

Are your products truly handmade?
Yes, every Bekya piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Egypt. Our Fayoum pottery is hand-painted using centuries-old techniques, our alabaster lamps are hand-carved from natural Egyptian alabaster, and our glassware is hand-blown by master craftsmen.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Because each piece is made entirely by hand, natural variations in colour, pattern, and form are to be expected. These subtle differences are what make your piece truly one of a kind — a hallmark of genuine artisan craft.
Where are your products made?
All Bekya pieces are made in Egypt by talented artisans, continuing traditions that have been passed down through generations. We work directly with our makers to ensure fair practices and exceptional quality.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
