All Bekya products are handmade by skilled artisans in Egypt. As such:

  • Each piece is unique and may feature natural variations in colour, pattern, texture, and form. These variations are a hallmark of genuine handcrafted artistry and are not considered defects.
  • Colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in monitor settings and display technology.
  • Product dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly from piece to piece.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and photographs are accurate, but minor differences should be expected and embraced as part of the character of handmade goods.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is unavailable or if there is a pricing error.
