At Bekya, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Eligibility for Refund

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return the item
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 14 days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 5 additional working days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
  • Faulty or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of any damage or fault.

Handmade Items & Natural Variations

Please note that all Bekya products are handmade by skilled artisans. Natural variations in colour, pattern, texture, and form are inherent to handcrafted items and are not considered faults or grounds for a refund. These characteristics are what make each piece truly unique.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bekyabekya.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.

Your Statutory Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
