A proper table jug with a beautiful hourglass silhouette — flared at the rim, pinched at the waist, generous in the belly. Hand-blown in Egypt from recycled glass, with the tiny bubbles and ripples that mark every piece as one of a kind.
In cobalt blue, it anchors the whole table: water with lemon at lunch, flowers on the sideboard between meals. At 19 cm tall it holds well over a litre and pours cleanly from its shaped spout. Every Bekya piece is made by Egyptian artisans to our exacting standards — durable, beautiful, and individual in every detail.
Serving jug for water, lemonade, iced tea or wine at the table; between meals it makes a beautiful flower jug for garden stems. Ideal for dining tables, kitchen counters and sideboards.
Each Bekya piece is a celebration of Egyptian heritage — designed with a refined understanding of Western interiors, yet made entirely by hand in Egypt. Small variations in shape, colour and bubbles are part of the beauty — no two are ever the same.
We create very limited collections. Once it’s gone, it’s gone — a genuine piece of Egyptian artistry for your home.
