This extraordinary candlestick is hand-blown in Egypt — a long, slender ribbed column rising to a flared trumpet cup, standing on a wide steady base. Glass candlesticks at this height are almost impossible to find.

The trumpet cup takes a 4.5 cm pillar candle, lifting the flame high above plates, flowers and conversation. One transforms a table; a pair transforms a room. Every Bekya piece is made by Egyptian artisans to our exacting standards — durable, beautiful, and individual in every detail.

Dramatic table centrepiece — the flame rises far above plates, flowers and conversation.
